Hello, everyone! We are the team of penguin. Here we are going to briefly introduce the food culture and environment among different countries. We hope you like it and enjoy it!

First, we would like to talk about food in our countries.

The favorite and expensive food in Iran is rice with kebab. It is made with of rice, meat, butter tomatoes and sumac. Also, there are many kinds of food you can taste and make them easy. Such as, rice with either vegetables or meats. Furthermore, rice and bread are the grand foods in Iran. For example, you can make a chip food with beans, water and a piece of meat. After three hours later, it will be ready to eat with bread and vegetables. Moreover, you can make different kind of soup with beans and vegetables, but without meat. The Iranian food is very healthy and delicious.

Pupusas are traditional dish from El Salvador. Popusas are corn tortillas with a filling- usually cheese, beans and Salvadoran-style (finely ground pork). Pupusas are cooked on a griddle, and served with a pickled cabbage slaw called curtido and thin tomato sauce. In addition, pupusa is similar to the South American arepas and Mexican gordita.

Chinese food with its variety and complexity is delicious, healthy and nutritious. It also has different kind of types, such as Chinese New Year food (lucky food), vegetarian food, medicinal food, etc. In addition, people eat rice daily in southern China, but people like eating wheaten food as a staple diet in northern China. For example, noodles, buns and dumplings. Anyway, all people who are living in China masterly use chopsticks to eat.

Spain has famous foods. For example, the paella, it contains rice and seafood, and it is a typical traditional food in the world now. Spanish also like to eat a lot of jam.

Second, we will focus on the topic of environment.

China has two longest rivers which run through the whole land. They’re called the Yellow and Yangtze River. And Chinese ways of life are greatly influenced and dependent by these two rivers. Such as, daily cooking, drinking, washing and bath, etc. Furthermore, people build a lot of houses to live near the rivers. According to Feng Shui which is an ancient Chinese science, most of people like to build their house facing the South. Besides, people construct some bridges and roads to contact all the buildings of villages and cities. Also, you will see a lot of bicycles, pedals and motorcycles on those roads if you travel in China now because lots of people go to shopping, work or school, etc. by riding a bicycle as main transportation every day. For instance, Yongmei also had a pink bicycle and a pink motorcycle to ride when she lived in China. But in U.S, most people ride on a vehicle such as a car, a van or a bus. That’s a big difference between two countries and why China is actually known as the world capital of bicycles.

In Spain, the weather is similar to here, but it snows a little bit in the south of Spain. Additionally, the beaches are good like here. Furthermore, you don't need to pay to enter. For example, Alvaro had lived in the north of Spain for years and he said the water of the beaches is clear, blue and cold over there.

At last, we have another thing to concern about the environment. We are all living on the earth wherever which country are we in. Now our earth has many environmental issues, severely affecting its biophysical environment as well as our health. Fox example, acid rain, water pollution, natural resource depletion, and etc. How we can help our earth, focus on conserving trees and other resources, we have to know that trees provide us with many benefits, and learn the importance of using only the paper, water and electricity that we need in our daily life.

Thank you so much for your time in reading this!
