Lamb and Rice (plov)

1-teaspoon dried barberry
1 -teaspoon cummin
300 ml vegetable oil
1 -kg lamb Salt 4 small onions
1 -kg rice 1 kg carrots
2- small dried hot peppers
2- heads garlic
1-teaspoon coriander seeds
Wash rice in several waters. The last water after washing should be completely transparent. Lamb, wash and cut into cubes. 3 onions and all the carrots clean. Onions cut into thin half rings, carrot-1 cm thick in lengths long. Garlic peel from the top of the husk, but not separated into cloves. Cauldron or thick-walled Pan reheat, pour oil Fry the meat, onion and carrot,put these spices. Pour boiling water into the cauldron with a layer of 2 cm. Put hot pepper and garlic.Red uce heat and simmer 1 hour then put rice and allow to boil and reduce heat to simmer 30 min. Before serving mix it.
