The nutrition it’s one the most important health problem because the people eat a lot junk food, such: pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, etc. and also they don’t have a good eating habits.

Sometimes the people don’t pay attention their eating habits, and also they don’t make a good menu choice, for that reason they can get a lot illnesses like: obese, diabetes, malnutrition, etc. Also they spend a lot time at work and have many occupations.

The food contains a lot nutrients are very important for have a healthy body and free of many illnesses, such: carbohydrates, vitamins, fats, minerals, proteins, and water.

The nutrients are very important for you, because they are helpful for you to grown up, and give to you a healthy body; also put your bones and muscles hard and strong.

How the people in U.S. can eat healthier and better their eating habits?

Well the answer it’s simple, they should do 4 steps for to improve their eating habits

  • Spend time to cook. If you want eat more healthier you have to stop eating junk food; for example: my mom always cooks our food on Saturdays each week

  • Always eat three times in a day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner; if you want arrive on time at your work, the solution is wake up maybe one hour before than you usually wake up.

  • Maybe you should make some food every night after you came from you work and save in the fridge for bring with you at work and get for lunch

  • You have to choice the best food you can, like: food fresh, rich in nutrients, and also organic it’s much better if you want a healthy body
